Rubberduck-powered service offers local channels and MTV.
Operator Tele2 has teamed with Aspiro-owned Rubberduck media Lab to power a 3G mobile TV service in Estonia.
Users will have access to local as well as international video content, inlcuding Estonian news channels ERR and Kanal2, and entertainment from Lastekas and MTV.
Rubberduck is sourcing content and handling portal development using its Studio:1 platform as part of a managed service agreement.
The majority of the content will be 'free-to-air', provided users have a data tariff.
The service will be available both in Estonian and in Russian language.
Miguel Silva, director sales and marketing at Rubberduck, said: "Users of this service will be able to watch popular regional content and a wide array of international content, which will be continuously sourced as a part of the agreement. This is our second managed service in the Baltic Region, an important growth region for us."
