Apple promotes THQ's de Blob in-store

Co-marketing agreement sees iPhone version of console hit pushed hard at retail.
Apple is getting behind THQ Wireless's de Blob game in a big way, with the title featured on Apple in-store iPod touch demonstrations by retail employees.
The game is also enjoying prominent window displays at Apple retail outlets worldwide, leader placement on the App Store in the ‘What’s Hot’ category, stand-alone front page branding on the App Store and a feature on the front page of iTunes.
Like many publishers THQ Wireless is making a big play for the iPhone and iPod Touch platforms - it's other big title for the devices this autumn is Star Wars Force Unleashed.
Philip Schiller, Apple’s SVP of worldwide product marketing, said: “We are delighted that THQ Wireless is creating quality experiences for the growing number of iPhone users who are playing games.
