Vodafone has become the first operator for formally confirm the ranging of the touchscreen Blackberry Storm.

It says the Storm is the result of a long term strategic alliance between Vodafone and RIM, and that it will be available exclusively on Vodafone's 3G network in Europe, India, Australia and New Zealand from next month.
