Dada Entertainment has added Universal Music tracks to its Dada.net full track download service.
The agreement means that Dada.net users can now access music from artists like Ne-Yo, Pussycat Dolls and Lil Wayne. Dada.net offers DRM-free full-track MP3s and ringtones, and currently offers Sony BMG repertoire, with the intention to add more content from other major and indie record labels soon. Dada claims to be the only company to offer its content through all major operators.
To celebrate the deal, Dada will offer an exclusive MP3 track Es Tu Corazon from Universal artist Xtreme.
"We are thrilled to add music from the biggest record label in the world to Dada.net," said Massimiliano Pellegrini, CEO of Dada Entertainment. “The Dada.net experience just got even better for our customers."
Dada.net members are given 15 tokens a month for $9.99. Each token can be redeemed for one content download (MP3, ringtone, wallpapers, games and more). Dada expects to be able to offer users OTA MP3 downloads to mobile in the coming weeks.
