Service goes live after year-long beta phase.
Germany-based Gofresh has fully launched an ad network across its four million member mobile social site, Itsmy.
The Itsmy.biz network is now live after a 12-month beta test phase during which Gofresh says it served a billion ads in Europe and the US in partnership with various agencies.
The company is now targeting brands, products and media agencies with the full launch and has fixed its rates until the end of this year.
CPM banners for the US (on and off-deck) are at $4, while US mobile video channels can be booked for $40 CPM. Banner CPM in the UK is £3 and video CPM £50.
Gofresh claims banner click-through-rates (CTR) are as high as 2.5 per cent. The company has also confirmed it will launch a mobile social advertising bidding system for the UK next year.
Gofresh CEO Antonio Vince Staybl said: "The mobile phone is the only medium, that is always on and it has a wider reach than TV. Mobile social advertising is more personal than any other type of advertising. People can directly interact with brands and products. Whenever and wherever they are, commercial campaigns will now reach them.”
