IPhone is the best selling handset in the world, says the carry case maker Krusell.
Every month the Swedish manufacturer publishes a top ten based on the number of cases its sells across more than 50 countries around the globe. The new list reflects the surge of interest in iPhone since it went 3G, and also shows the huge popularity of HTC’s Diamond Touchscreen.
Its September list is as follows (with last month’s position in brackets)
1.
(10) Apple iPhone 3G
2. (2) HTC Diamond
3. (5) Nokia E51
4. (3) Sony Ericsson C702
5. (4) Nokia 3109
6. (7) Nokia 6300
7. (6) Nokia N95 8GB
8. (9) Nokia 6220
9. (8) Sony Ericsson K810i
10. (-) Nokia E71

“100% rubbish”

Honestly, what sort of journalism is this? Blatant lies and sensationalism, that's what. Krusell did not say, or imply that. Merely that they sell more of their cases for iPhones than any other handset, which is really not newsworthy, is it? You KNOW your headline and what you attribute to Krussel is lies on your part. But of course, it will get you more click throughs on those ads to the right, won't it? Lame guys, very very lame.

Actually Alex, that's EXACTLY what Krusell says. Importantly, it's not what we say. Hence the big question mark in the headline. People can draw their own conclusions from what Krusell says and i think most will see it for what it is - an indicator of what's in demand.
If you're going to call people liars, you REALLY need to be sure about it.
