Yahoo and 3 Italy offer broadband package

PC and laptop-based access offering set to expand across Europe next year.
Yahoo and 3 Italy have launched a mobile broadband dongle offer that will be extended across 3's territories in 2009.
The Yahoo! Internet Key powered by 3 - a portable USB modem – allows consumers to access the internet using the 3G/HSDPA network via a co-branded web portal.
It's the first time one of the big web brands has entered the mobile broadband space via a direct offering.
The dongle will be available for free online with the purchase of a monthly contract through Yahoo! Italy’s mobile broadband site, while both the contract and pay-as-you-go versions will be available for purchase at 3 stores.
