T-Mobile USA's G1 emerges just hours before official launch.
Images and details of the first phone to sport Google's mobile OS Android have been leaked ahead of its official launch later today.
The HTC-manufactured T-Mobile G1 sports a large 480 x 320 screen, measures 11.6 x 5.5 x 1.6 cm, weighs 158 grams, has 3G, GPS, a 3.1 megapixel camera and supports up to 8GB of memory.
It also comes with five hours of talk time and 130 hours of standby.
Much like the iPhone, it won't be able to record video, nor will it have stereo Bluetooth. It also requires a gmail account and won't be sold at T-Mobile stores outside of a two to five mile radius of the operator's 3G coverage area.
