Dog throws phone a long way

A dog was among the winners of the ninth annual Mobile Phone Throwing World Championships.
The canine athlete, Cara, won the freestyle category after spitting out a phone a distance of 30 centimetres. She got full points from the judges.
Elsewhere a Finn and two Estonians grabbed the main prizes at the event held this year in the Estonian town of Narva.
Timmo Lilium won the men's category with a throw of 85 metres and Valeria Kadorova threw 41 metres to claim the woman’s prize.
There is no confirmation yet that the contestants were given old Motorola phones with really bad user interfaces.
