GlobalFun has unveiled a product like called uMove dedicated to motion sensitive gaming.
The Swedish publisher and developer says the first releases are planned for 1Q2009. They will include uMove: FollowMe, which is about making shapes on the screen using movement and sound, and uMove:Lavarynth, which involves guiding lava through a labyrinth by tilting the phone in different angles.
Cesar Guarinoni, producer at GlobalFun, said: “Sticking this extra control on existing games would have been easy, but we felt it was a great opportunity to create a new kind of game really based upon the fact that you move, hence the name uMove.”
