Cellufun lays down the mobile law

Community members will serve time if they misbehave as virtual courthouse and jail open for business.
Mobile games portal Cellufun has introduced the twin pillars of mobile justice in an effort to keep its five million strong community on the straight and narrow.
The company is basically adopting the user-friendly ways some online communities go about protecting their members from inappropriate behavior.
It works something like this - If enough people flag a user, that person is 'indicted' and is processed by the Cellufun justice system.
A jury made up of 'law-abiding members' is presented the evidence and the accused can defend him or herself on their profile home page. If found guilty, the player is barred from communicating with the community for a period of time.
The prisoner will still be able to play Cellufun games, however.
Stephen Dacek, COO and co-founder of Cellufun, said: “When you’ve got a community as big as ours, there’s a need to uphold a mutually agreeable value system. With our new justice system, our community now has a self-ruling mechanism that can grow and evolve at its own pace.”
