mBlox has upgraded its global network management centre to better monitor and react to network activity
It’s ploughed over $2 million into the improvement of its Singapore Network Operations Center, so it can react to any issues before problems could occur.
Customer data will now be more readily accessible by mBlox customer support from a single location and the company can trace individual transactions from the many terabytes of data in a near real-time basis. The idea is to make diagnostics easier, simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.
