Communigate unveils improved Pronto client

CommuniGate Systems has launched a new version of its Pronto user interface framework.
Pronto! 2.2 provides operators with a client framework to deliver rich value added mobile services. It’s a web 2.0 client that unifies all forms of communications and supports expansion or the addition of new applications to snap into the server or UI as modules.
The new features within Pronto! 2.2 allow carriers to build modular services such as VideoMail, IPTV or Video on Demand (VOD) to subscribers while offering full featured mobile unified communications to the SME market.
“Many of our network operator partners serve both residential and business subscribers with their network access products. For residential subscribers new entertaining applications within Pronto! like VideoMail are key for value added service,” said Jon R. Doyle, VP of business development of CommuniGate.
