Volantis links platform to Facebook

Volantis has upgraded its Storefront mobile commerce product to connect subscribers with Facebook.
The move should give users the chance to recommend mobile content, such as music, mobile games and ringtones, to their friends through their profiles.
The move should give operators the chance to exploit viral promotion and distribution while retaining control over their content and services.
Volantis Storefront version 2.7 is a core component of the Volantis Content Delivery Platform and enables the end-to-end management of a mobile portal, from content management and publishing, to the purchase of premium content.
