New 16GB Nseries device will go on sale in the UK from October 1st, with embedded content TBC
Nokia has confirmed that its new flasghip Nseries device will hit UK retail on October 1st.
The N96 - which takes over the mantle currently held by the N95 - has been optimised for mobile video, with 16GB of on-board memory allowing storage of 40 hours of footage.
The GPS-enabled device will also come with a five megapixel camera, 2.8 inch display, 3.5mm headphone jack and built-in links to the Nokia Music Store and Nokia Maps.
Nokia says it will confirm other N96 content offers in the coming weeks.
The device will be available to buy through 3, Carphone Warehouse, Orange, Phones4U, T-Mobile and Vodafone.
