Ex Voda content exec Graeme Ferguson has landed a major new role at Sony BMG.
The former head of content at Vodafone Global is the new SVP of digital and strategic partnerships for the music label. It follows a spell in which Ferguson held roles with Picsel Technologies and Twistbox.
He will start in September and will focus on increasing market share and revenue growth through partnerships.
Ged Doherty, chairman of Sony BMG Music Entertainment UK, said: “We are determined to give music fans more and more ways to interact with our music. Graeme’s understanding of brands and digital content will be invaluable to us in achieving that goal. I am delighted that he is joining our company.”
