Swiss operator using Mobixell Networks platform to delivery streaming mobile TV and video clips
Swisscom has opted to use Mobixell's Mobile Webcast solution to offer real-time mobile TV and video on demand services across its GRPS and 3G networks.
The deal has kicked in ahead of higher expected demand during this month's Euro 2008 football championships (which Switzerland is co-hosting with Austria) and the Beijing Olympics.
