Hands-On Mobile has launched World Poker Tour Texas Hold ‘Em 2 multiplayer with T-Mobile in Austria.
The launch enables customers to play multiplayer poker in real time against up to five other people anywhere in the world on their mobile phones.
“We are delighted to be the first network in Austria to be able to release Hands-On Mobile’s WPT Texas Hold ‘Em 2,” said Andrea Karner spokesperson at T-Mobile Austria. “The real time multiplayer aspect of WPT Texas Hold ‘Em 2 is a significant part of this game’s appeal and we expect that T-Mobile customers to be excited about being able to play poker wherever they may be.”
More than 19 million hands have been played worldwide since the launch of WPT Texas Hold ‘Em 2 in the US in July 2007. The game launched on T-Mobile in the UK earlier in January and has received rave reviews and a string of accolades.
