Ideaworks3D-developed version of Konami's console classic to hit mobile phones.
Metal Gear Solid Mobile is not just a standard console port - Ideaworks3D has developed technology that enables the player to use a handset's camera to sample colours from the real world and use them in-game - for Solid Snake's camouflage for example.
The game is the third Ideaworks3D has developed for the new N-Gage platform, following System Rush and Mile High Pinball for Nokia Publishing.
Gregg Sauter, director of Nokia's third party games publishing, said: "Metal Gear Solida on N-Gage will raise the bar with respect to graphical detail and made-for-mobile features."

I wonder if the use of the camera is integral to the gameplay or whether it's just a gimmick? Full marks for trying though!
