See big hitting CEOs at MEM 08

CEOs representing firms with revenues of over $12bn will speak at MeM 2008 next week.
The showcase event of the Mobile Entertainment Forum will hit Cannes with some very big hitters on its two day conference streams. They include
· Javier Perez Dolset of Zed, with a turnover of over $545m in 2007.
· Ray Anderson, CEO of Bango, the off-portal specialist worth £10.4m.
· Marco Argenti of Dada.net, with 12m users
· Mark Curtis of Flirtomatic: users are spending over $2 a month on premium services.
· Andrew Bud, of mBlox: 2 billion transactions in 2007.
· Gianluca d’Agostino of Neomobile, with revenues expected to meet 40 million euros in 2008.
· Tony Pearce of Player X: 100 per cent growth year-on-year since the company's formation.
· Andrew Fisher of Shazam, five times growth in a year
In all over 85 speakers will appear in a conference programme with a focus on communities and social networking, regional trends in emerging markets, improving the user experience, search & discovery, personalization and off portal vs on-portal.
MEM 08 takes place at the Hotel Palais Stephanie, in Cannes from May 8th to May 9th. The event will be kicked off with the MEF'S annual general meeting and board elections on May 7th from 5.30pm.
Lastly, MEM 08 provides the backdrop to the fifth annual Meffy awards, which have been expanded again this year. They will be presented at a gala dinner on the first night of the event.
