PMN, organiser of the annual MEX conference, kicks off its search for the best mobile user experience.
PMN are giving developers and designers an opportunity to show-off just how good the mobile user experience can be at the 2008 MEX Design Competition & Awards.
The winners will be honoured at a special evening awards ceremony hosted at MEX on 27th May in London.
The competition challenges companies, freelancers and students to submit mobile products or ideas representing the cutting edge of user-centred design.
There are no limitations on what can be entered - including games, applications, software platforms and hardware designs - but the judges will be looking for entries which focus on meeting the needs of users and delivering a great customer experience.
All of the contestants are showcased in an online gallery, where the public can view screenshots, product images and videos to help them vote for their favourites.
A panel of independent judges, including Mobile Entertainment Magazine, will decide the final winners.
The Awards will be presented at an evening reception attended by 100 of the top executives in the mobile industry, hosted at the 4th annual MEX conference in London on 27th May.
The closing date for entries is 2nd May (just 2 weeks away), so time is running out if you want a shot at winning the coveted title of 'MEX08 Best Mobile Experience'.
It's free to enter and the submission process is entirely online at www.mobileuserexperience.com/mexdesign.
