Ubi to buy Gameloft's Indian studio

Ubisoft is set to buy Gameloft’s mobile game development studio in Pune, India.
The studio team of 120 developers and testers will now focus on creating titles for Ubisoft’s handheld consoles. It should increase Ubisoft’s strength in handheld and mobile gaming, which dominate the fast-growing Indian market.
The deal is something of a family affair as both companies are run by the Guillemot family.
