Qualcomm will demonstrate in-vehicle MediaFLO TV broadcasts during the NAB 2008 TV event this week.
The demo features an SUV outfitted with a pair of rear headrest TV screens with VGA resolution anda MediaFLO receiver integrated in the rear centre console enabling users to launch the electronic channel guide.
"This proof-of-concept demonstration further illustrates the business potential of the MediaFLO platform and the diverse range of inventive mobile broadcast solutions that can be supported," said MediaFLO senior VP and general manager Neville Meijers.
