Verizon's new voiceless data plans

Verizon is to offer a free data plan that doesn’t include voice and text.
The three plans include unlimited text messages, picture and video messaging and instant messaging, and provide email or Web browsing. Voice minutes will cost the user up to 40 cents.
The plans start from $34.99 a month, and are available on the Verizon Wireless SMT5800, the Verizon Wireless XV6800, and the MOTO Q9m.
Other devices will be added within the next few months.
