FoneStarz inks deal with Rising Star Games to offer content from Wii game on Vodafone live!
Artwork, animations, ringtones and message tones from Rising Star's Nintendo Wii game No More Heroes will be sold in areas of Vodafone live! managed by FoneStarz.
Mobile content based on video games is a category that FoneStarz is looking to beef up, with the company on the lookout for more deals.
Dave Moreau, CEO of FoneStarz, said: "Video games content is very popular with our customers and as well as driving sales, helps promote the games brand."
Martin Defries, managing director of Rising Star Games, said: "It's a fantastic tie-in for a brand-new IP that has only been in Nintendo consumers’ hands for two weeks. It confirms that we have a product that can break ground across markets and maintain a high profile. From the consumer’s point of view it enables them to own assets that would ordinarily remain beyond their reach."
