DotMobi is to improve its DeviceAtlas database of handset info for content developers.
Within a few weeks, DeviceAtlas will include data from mobile tnternet solution providers Argogroup and Volantis, to bring the total number of devices covered to more than 5,000. A range of US and Japanese device will be added, as well as attribute information on Apple iPhone, Blackberry Pearl, Nintendo DS Lite and the Amazon Kindle.
"DeviceAtlas is continually growing and being updated, and these upcoming additions are definitely a proof point of that," said Paul Nerger, VP of advanced services and applications at dotMobi. "It's also exciting to see the number of developers who have quickly adopted DeviceAtlas for their work."
