Tools and source code library to simplify cross-carrier mobile app development.
Echovox subsidiary Zong says ZDN provides everything developers need to create mobile apps and services, including free community source code for turn-key applications, an open API, and simulation and testing tools.
Zong has also unveiled a refreshed, high-level open API for the Zong Open Mobile platform that it says can be used in most of today’s top programming languages.
The company says ZDN alleiviates the complexities of trying to negotiate with individual carriers and then develop content for multiple carrier technical protocols, certifications and restrictions.
Serge Sozonoff, vice president of Zong Engineering, said: "By creating a simple, open API, coupled with a suite of free, community resources, the Zong Developer Network makes developing the right mobile application or service simple, enabling small and large web companies alike to deliver their web content to 500 million mobile subscribers around the world."

Dear Mr. Tenevoy,
I would be happy to discuss and solve any issues you may have with the service or API if you would like to be more specific.
I looked in our database but found no account under the name Georg Tenevoy. So I can't see at what stage you had a problem.
Please elaborate and send your issues to support (at) zong (dot) com
Thanks,
Serge
