BBC launches iPlayer for iPhone

If ever two brands were destined to be paired it was these two.
The BBC has made an optimised version of its iPlayer multimedia streaming service available for Apple's iPhone and iPod touch.
The browser-based software allows UK residents to stream BBC TV shows to their devices using the wi-fi functionality on both devices.
The BBC says its currently working on versions of iPlayer for "many more" devices.
