Artists included under the 70,000-song arrangement with Indie Mobile are Armand Van Helden, Felix Da Housecat, The Editors, The Pigeon Detectives, Bob Sinclair, Laurent Garnier, Royksopp and Shaggy.
In addition to its various operator deals, Groove says it will work closely with Indie Mobile to explore direct-to-consumer opportunities at concerts and other live events.
Groove already works with other indies including The Orchard, Beggars Group, Redeye Distribution, IRIS Distribution, INgrooves, GrooveSource, IODA, Artspage and Phonofile.
The company says it has generated more than 60 million transactions since launching mobile music services in 2004.
