MWC: Airwide preps mobile ad platform

More operator deals the target following deployment with MVNO Blyk.
Messaging specialist Blyk is preparing a wider roll out of its mobile advertising solution following a successful deployment with ad-funded MVNO Blyk.
The platform can insert ads into P2P/A2P messages or browser-based services, with various tools to control delivery and response.
Jay Seaton, CMO of Airwide Solutions, said: "While demand for and interest in mobile advertising are accelerating, mobile operators still need to ensure that they enter this arena with proven and reliable solutions that are flexible enough to adapt to the evolving nature of mobile advertising as it is still in its early stages."
