Red Planet Media’s Latin American-themed social network JumpIn is now available on five local US operators.
JumpIn provides users with the ability to chat, share photos, videos, and connect with other members throughout the Americas, with special Spanish and Portuguese language capabilities. The participating carriers include Immix Wireless in Pennsylvania, i wireless in Iowa, Mobi PCS in Hawaii, Pocket Communications in Texas, and Viaero Wireless in Colorado and Nebraska.
“Mobile social networking brings like-minded people together, be they in Pennsylvania or Panama," said Dean Fresonke, CEO of Red Planet Media. "We're thrilled to be working with the leaders in the rural carrier markets to create an offering that their subscribers can instantly feel part of. Already, traffic growth has exceeded expectations."
