Helio expands Youtube offering

US MVNO Helio has just launched a YouTube page that lets mobile users access its community features for the first time.
Helio's page, available on its Ocean device, invites consumers to log in and access their accounts, and thereby rate and comment on videos as well as record and upload their own clips.
YouTube’s standard mobile site, m.youtube.com, doesn't have community features.
