Thumbplay powers MSN content

US direct-to-consumer giant to ply MSN Mobile users with ringtones and stuff.
Thumbplay’s content - ringtones, wallpapers, games and video clips - will be integrated within the MSN Mobile (mobile.msn.com) web and WAP portals.
The service, offering 50,000 pieces of content, will support 2,000 handsets, including 16 Windows Mobile devices.
It the second deal Thumbplay has struck with one of the big web portals following an agreement with AOL in October.
Thumbplay CEO Are Traasdahl said: "We think this relationship allows Thumbplay to innovate and grow as a mobile entertainment content industry leader across the platforms that deliver the best mobile experiences to the world’s savviest online users."
