Extended deal with Lucasfilm encompasses wallpapers, ringtones, video and games based on both franchises.

THQ Wireless has added Indiana Jones to its Lucasfilm content offering, while extending its existing deal to create and publish Star Wars content.

The first mobile game titles scheduled for release under the agreement include Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (rolling out now) and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, scheduled for a 2008 release to coincide with the worldwide debut of the LucasArts console game.

THQW will also create the first-ever Indiana Jones mobile game, which will tie in to the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull movie. A second Indiana Jones game is planned in conjunction with the LucasArts console game.

Doug Clemmer, president of THQ Wireless, said: "Expanding and renewing our business relationship with Lucasfilm is a real coup for THQ. Star Wars is one of our strongest gaming franchises, and we look forward to building on that success, while we also create the first wireless content based on the adventures of Indiana Jones."

Previous THQ Wireless Star Wars games releases include Revenge of the Sith, Battle Above Coruscant, Battlefront Mobile, LEGO Star Wars I Mobile and LEGO Star Wars II Mobile.
