Add-to-Phone is free software for bloggers and websites, which lets their users download content from the web to their phones in one-click.

Once they press the embeddable button, a user enters their phone number and an SMS is sent with a link to the content or news feed, which is formatted and rendered on-the-fly.

Cellfish says the system supports any type of online content (pictures, music, videos) as a download or as a stream. There is no need to install a mobile application to get updated feeds or media.

Bango unveiled a similar service, the Bango Button, earlier this month.

Cellfish has also released the Add to Phone software for Facebook, which includes an album navigator that allows users to download or share their profile pictures and their friends’ albums on mobile.
