AT&T: No MediaFLO till 2008

AT&T and MediaFLO won’t turn on the telly until next year.
The US operator has confirmed that it will delay the launch of its broadcast television service, having originally pledged to go live with Qualcomm’s MediaFlo platform this Autumn.
In a woolly statement, it said the delay was due to the company's efforts to fine-tune the service.
Verizon Wireless has been offering MediaFLO TV services since March, although it has yet to reveal numbers.
