The breakthrough comes eight months after the firm passed the two million threshold. MobiTV now has partnerships with more than 20 operators worldwide and delivers more than 100 channels of video and TV content via unicast networks.

It has also announced improvements to its service with Sprint, promising new features and enhancements including an improved user interface, greater support for full-screen viewing, accelerated channel change speeds and support for more devices.
