VG prepares Urban Attack

VG Mobile confirms much-anticipated FPS will hit decks in time for Xmas.
As revealed by ME last month, Urban Attack is due to hit operator decks in the US and Europe in November, after nearly two years in the making.
VG Mobile says its use of vector graphics means it will run in 3D across all modern handsets – not just those with special 3D technical wizardry inside.
The company has also automated character movement and split the screen into ‘firing sectors’ to get round the problem of character control in a 3D world.
Paul Maglione, president of Vivendi Games Mobile, said: "We are excited to unveil Urban Attack this holiday season, after investing more than 20 months of research and development into making this the most visionary, action-packed FPS made for mobile that the industry has seen."
