Player One has sent its Michael Vaughan 2007/8 cricket game out to bat.
Developed by Distinctive Developments, the third game in the franchise will no doubt appeal to fans hoping to make up for some of England's less than glorious performances against India recently.
Based on the official license of the England Team captain, Michael Vaughan 2007/8 follows publisher Player One Sport's tried and tested strategy of releasing games that tap into heightened interest around major events - with the India test matches drawing to a close England will in September fly out to play a series against Sri Lanka.
The new game allows players to compete against ten international teams in any number of tournaments, including one day internationals and 20:20 styled matches.
The game is available in the UK now on Vodafone, O2, Orange, 3 and T-Mobile.
Player One Sports also publishes Freddie Flintoff All-Round Cricket. Parent company Player One recently inked an extensive output deal with Shadow Light Games.
