Cellufun has launched a new ad-supported massively multiplayer mobile game.

Space Wars is a free WAP game that lets up to 120 players compete in real time for the domination of the universe.

Cellufun says that because the game is WAP-based it will work with pretty much any Internet-enabled handset.

During recent beta testing approximately 1,500 people logged on and the game racked up one million page views prior to its official launch today.

Others games available via Cellufun's ad-funded portal include MobilePets, Sudoku, The Battle for Orion’s Belt, Why Chicken Why? and Chess.

Among the company's upcoming releases are Saturday Night Bowling, Street Racer, Video Poker, Video Black Jack and Video Slots.

I've played this game a few times and have loved it... have yet to win a game or even get on the top ten, but its still great fun. The fact that all of CelluFun's games are free keeps me coming back for more.

Im out the gate, im making money and have about 50 vets and about 10 transports waiting to roll out, funny thing.....For some odd reason under none of my ports does it give the option to build battleships or fighters! LOL only Vets, pods and Xports!

Any heal would be great cuz im wanting to drop some serious invading and have enough to buy 3 ships atm
