Sacks out at Hands-On

Hands-On Mobile CEO Jonathan Sacks has resigned his post.
Sacks joined the company with considerable fanfare two years ago with the goal of helping to broaden Hands-On’s portfolio beyond games and into broader entertainment categories.
In a statement the company says that "with that process well underway he felt comfortable in leaving to pursue other interests".
Certainly that progress is evident in Hands-On's Marvel apps and most recently its Yatta user-generated video service and FunkySexyCool community. A much-expected IPO has not materialised, however.
Sacks, who will continue to sit on Hands-On's board, said: "The company has a very solid direction, and management team- supported by top notch talent throughout - capable of carrying our vision to a successful future.
I am excited to stay involved as member of the board."
Lynne Crawford, president and COO at Hands-On, said: "We appreciate all of Jonathan’s contribution to the continued growth of Hands-On Mobile. Our overall strategy, product and technology plan will remain unchanged and will be executed by a strong executive management team. The Board of Directors has retained an executive search firm to find a new CEO."
