Under the deal, YooMedia will deploy RegiSoft's World Trade Server to enhance its offering to brands, retailers, advertisers and advertising agencies. The enriched service will include mobile tickets, mobile coupons, personalised content distribution and more.

The new offering will be proposed to YooMedia's customers, including Nestle, Vodaphone, Hardy's, L'Oreal and Budweiser.
