UK mobile marketing agency Graphico has been bought by DMG for over £5m
The payment is a combination of cash, loan notes and DMG shares depending on the agency hitting performance targets.
Graphico’s clients include Pepsi and ITV. It specialises in dedicated WAP portals and has a close relationship with SonyBMG, for which it develops many artist sites.
