ROK has added CNBC Europe to its mobile TV line-up.
ROK, which has launched its 2.5G/3G streaming service with Malaysian operator Celcom, Thailand's AIS and Pakistan's Telenor, will now add CNBC as a 'flagship' channel on its European offering.
ROK says it's on track to 30 mobile TV services with operators by the end of this year, with more announcements due in the coming weeks.
It's been a busy month for ROK, which in addition to launching TV services in Malaysia has also bought both mobile imaging specialist Blubox and mobile animation studio TLMH (since renamed ROK Motion).
Jonathan kendrick, chairman of ROK, said: "There are 2.8 billion handsets in use worldwide at present - representing more viewable screens than all the TV sets, all the computer screens and all the cinema screens in the world combined. CNBC Europe fit's the bill magnificently as it allows subscribers to catch-up with the latest business news when on the move."
