Polish content and premium rate group MNI Premium has acquired games publisher Breakpoint.
It’s another coup for MNI, which bought Polish content aggregator MoCoHub in April. The company will now press on with plans to expand in Europe.
MNI says current partners of Breakpoint will now be able to access a richer content and services portfolio including mobile applications, premium rate and multimedia services. Breakpoint has a bunch of games due for release in the second half of this year such as The Witcher, Footbag Freestyle and Yamakasi Masters.
Anna Wawrzynowicz, sales director of MNI Premium, said: “The creative and sales capabilities of Breakpoint will serve to broaden the international scope of MNI Premium and enhance its content portfolio. The Breakpoint brand will continue to create top-class Java games and offer advergaming and porting services.”
