Zamano comes up for Eirborne

Fast growing Irish content specialist Zamano has bought its compatriot firm Eirborne Text Promotions for €1.7 million.
Zamano paid €1.2m in cash and the rest in shares for Eirborne, a content company that’s active in the UK, Ireland and Australia. It’s Zamano’s first deal after it was listed in on AIM and IEX last year and should enhance its web presence and brand propositions.
Eirborne latter has a catalogue of music, video, comedy and game content, which it provides to over 100,000 subscribers from the D2C site www.veronicasmoco.com. The company has been an existing customer of zamano’s messaging and delivery apps for nearly three years.
