Gameplay on the network has grown eightfold year-on-year.
WildTangent has claimed that it has become the world’s largest cross-platform games network as measured by comScore.
It now reaches 168 million total monthly unique users globally and is the third largest mobile games network in the US.
It has reported an eightfold growth in year-on-year mobile gameplay, and has doubled the number of games it has on its service to over 400 titles.
Mobile ad impressions on its platform has increased sevenfold year-on-year and it has seen more than one million downloads for its Polar Bowler 1st Frame game on iOS and Android.
Mike Peronto, CEO of WildTagent, said: “I’m pleased with our mobile momentum, but we recognise that much work remains to reach our goal to be the top mobile games company in a rapidly evolving industry.
“Unlike other app stores, which are racing toward a million apps, we target quality games over sheer quantity. With this approach, great games are easy to find and enjoy, and we continue to draw rave reviews from those that matter most to us – our customers.”
