Rovio continues to spread the wings of its best-selling mobile game.
Angry Birds Land has opened today, stationed at the Särkänniemi Adventure Park in Rovio's native Finland.
Särkänniemi and Rovio partnered to design the family-targeted attraction, which has 12 rides, a playground, characters and eateries.
Additionally, a 'Magic Place' will be added to Angry Birds Land in summer, allowing visitors to connect to Angry Birds games and receive rewards via mobile depending how interactive they are at the park.
Miikka Seppälä, CEO, Särkänniemi, said: "The opening of Angry Birds Land in Särkänniemi is a really big deal for us. The theme and design of Angry Birds is internationally renowned, so we are delighted to welcome visitors from around the globe to experience the product for themselves.
"The area is definitely a must see destination for millions of Angry Birds players, but also a great experience for those who are not yet familiar with the game."
Designers will continue to add finishing touches to the area until the start of June with an all-singing, all-dancing grand opening on Friday, June 8th.
