All you can eat music service will be available with the 5310, priced at £129.95 all in.

Comes With Music - which offers one year of unlimited, keep for life song downloads from the Nokia Music Store - will launch on the 5310 XpressMusic edition handset in the UK on October 16th.

The device will cost a surprisingly cheap £129.95 from Carphone Warehouse. All music downloads are included in the price of the handset.

At a special event in London this evening, Nokia said a US launch of Comes With Music will happen 'next year'.

The company sidestepped the issue of operator involvement. However, news that there will eventually be an 18 month unlimited download option for Comes With Music suggests carrier contract tie-ins are on the horizon.

Comes With Music will also be made available across a range of other Nokia devices, including the new touchscreen Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, which was also unveiled today.

EMI is the latest major to thrown its weight behind the initiative, which is now supported by Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, Warner Music Group and a host of indies including The Orchard, Beggars Group, IODA, Ministry of Sound, PIAS and Pinnacle.

Tero Ojanperä, EVP and head of the Nokia entertainment and communities business, said: "Comes With Music sets a precedent for consumer value and convenience that the rest of the digital entertainment industry is already
copying.
