Music remix app moves to Windows Phone 7.
ROMPLR is one of the many high profile apps to have emerged from the San Francisco based agency skyrockit, which was also behind the 17m downloaded Zippo Lighter app.
It currently has 1.9m users, and has been pre-loaded with various handset partners such as HTC, Nokia, Samsung and LG as well as a stand alone download for iPhone, Android and Nokia.
Now, it's available for WP7 Mango.
ROMPLR lets users create custom mixes of their favourite songs from artists like B.O.B., Public Enemy, Kanye West, Cee-Lo and Rihanna. They can then post them to the ROMPLR service, share them on Facebook or send as an email.
They earn points for good remixes and can win prizes.
The Mango version incorporates OS specific elements such as Live Tiles, Universal Volume Control, Fast App Switching, and Bing integration.
There's also a daily leader board and a feed of recent mixes from the entire ROMPLR community, neither of which is on other platforms.
